I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Ariel’s place for over a month. Ariel was such an amazing host. He was always available, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The apartment is spotless, very modern, chic, and has everything in it that one may need to enjoy themselves. Comfortable bed, great Smart TV with YouTube & Netflix, quaint and beautiful lighting throughout the unit, exceptionL modern decor. It was a safe and secured building as well located in the HEART of SeaPoint! I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat!

The apartment is very large and nicely decorated. Everything very clean! The kitchen was well equipped and perfect for cooking. The Wi-Fi always worked well and fast. The location is very central, so you can reach a lot on foot.

Highly recommend staying at Ariel’s place when in Cape Town. It is centrally located in Sea Point, as described, two blocks from the ocean. The unit itself is spacious and impeccably designed with Airbnb guests in mind. Ariel was proactive with communication about checking in, met me at my requested arrival time for a personal welcome, (though it’s also possible to have the keys left in a lock box for extra flexibility), and was accommodating with my late check out request. There was a plumbing issue caused by the unit above (no fault of the owner or unit itself) and Ariel was incredibly responsive and overly communicative to get the situation taken care of as best as possible. The building is lacking some amenities that you’ll find in some high rise buildings nearby (24-hour security, doorman, A/c, washer/dryer) but Ariel is also a local resident who truly cares about his Airbnb guests and I highly recommend!

This place was incredible and beyond my expectations. The apartment is really spacious, modern and well equipped. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is big, the view of Main Road is nice and the building has an elevator (very convenient if you come with heavy luggage). I felt right at home, enjoying watching Netflix on the sofa, working at the desk, preparing meals, and enjoying the sunsets from the window. I really didn’t want to leave. I was worried about the heat as we are in the middle of the summer, but the apartment has fans that work really well and also keeping the window open for a few hours provides a lot of wind. And the best part is the location, right in the middle of Sea point, very walkable and with really good restaurants just a few meters away, even though the streets have a lot of homeless people, I felt very safe in this place. Lastly, Ariel is a super responsive and friendly host. I definitely recommend staying here for short and long trips

Great location in Sea Point will all the facilities that you need. Ariel was very responsive and friendly and easy to contact. Only comment was we were there during the height of summer with very hot days and although the fans provided do help, there is no AC.

Ariel’s place was beautiful, clean and makes you feel right at home. Very conveniently located to popular places in the city, especially restaurants and the promenade at beach road. It was also centrally located to navigate Cape Town at large . Ariel was very friendly and promptly responsive. Would definitely stay here again!
