Very nice and spacious apartment in a great location!
Very nice and spacious apartment in a great location! Lots of nice cafés and restaurants on the street and a 2-minute walk to the sea! We always felt safe and it was also good to know that Ariel lives just around the corner and was always available.

The Apartment was really nice! Everything was clean and the apartment offers a lot of space (especially the kitchen). Apartment is surrounded by a lot of cafes and restaurants and within one minute you can be at the promenade.

Ariel is an amazing host, very friendly, attentive and kind. The apartment is great, in the middle of Sea Point - everything walking distance, place is full of light, open space and comfy. It feels like home.
The property is in a great location
The property is in a great location to reach restaurants and cafes on foot. The apartment offers enough space for 2 people and the kitchen is perfectly equipped. The smart TV was also very convenient for the evening. Sometimes it's a bit noisy due to the location on the main road. If you are sensitive here, like me, it is best to take earplugs with you, then you sleep very well.

We had a great stay at Ariel‘s apartment. Great and safe location close to the sea and with a lot of restaurants, stores and bars nearby. Easy and friendly communication with Ariel. We would come back anytime!

Fantastic stay. I was working and living here for about 6 weeks. The location was fantastic. Walked along the promenade every day. Less than a 1 minute walk from the beach. 10/10 would recommend.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Ariel’s place for over a month. Ariel was such an amazing host. He was always available, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The apartment is spotless, very modern, chic, and has everything in it that one may need to enjoy themselves. Comfortable bed, great Smart TV with YouTube & Netflix, quaint and beautiful lighting throughout the unit, exceptionL modern decor. It was a safe and secured building as well located in the HEART of SeaPoint! I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat!
